All about me
Hi, my name is Philippe Corthout, I'm 29 and I'm a Graphic Designer / Desktop Publisher living near Antwerp,
Belgium. I love design and I'm passionate about every aspect of it. I also dabble in illustration, animation,
webdesign and photography. I like having a versatile and wide range of capabilities.
This site was designed as a place for me to show my professional and personal work. Over the last couple of years, I’ve
built a resumé and portfolio that includes work for a variety of clients, from small businesses to multi-national
corporations. I hope that this site gives you a sense of what I’m capable of.
What am I doing when I’m not sitting behind my desk? My interests stretch from music (active and passive),
design, architecture, photography and animation to videogames, vegetarianism, comics, football,
the web and so on.
What can I do?
I love to produce simple and elegant solutions to visual problems. Branding and identity, packaging, illustration, flyers and posters are some of the things you can satisfy me with. Staying up very late and obsessing over the tiny details is my idea of a job well done. I specialise in branding, design for print or web and have a deep understanding of typography and composition.
